Dr Prashant was always kind and understanding throughout the consultation and procedure process. He was realistic with what outcome I could expect as a result of having moles removed and alleviated any anxieties I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a mole removed.

I visited the clinic for the first time to have some moles and lesions removed and saw Dr Rachel Abbott and her assistant. Both were absolutely fantastic, professional and caring. I had been waiting on the NHS to have a possible skin cancer reviewed and Dr Abbott gave me her assessment there and then clearly and for no extra charge , putting my mind at ease. There was no hard sell , pushing me for any procedures just clear explanations and clinically she was excellent in removing my moles . Well done all - you're setting a proud example for your profession in a private clinic.

Such a good experience with Dr Raj, who removed my mole. He was very informative and friendly and put me at ease throughout. The lady who filmed the procedure was also so kind. I was also sent details to help with the healing process. Very happy :) I highly recommend!

Mari was amazing. She did two treatments for me and one was removing a mole from my cheek, which was worrying for me, but the results are incredible. Mari also saw me very quickly when I was worried about the healing afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience at cardiff Cosmetic Clinic today. Dr Raj was fantastic. He put me at ease as soon as i met him and explained everything step by step. It did not hurt, only slight sting with anesthetic. I had three moles removed, and I am looking forward to seeing the final results. My experience at Cardiff Cosmetic Clinic was pleasurable. I went for a consultation to get a mole removed and Dr Raj was very quick to decipher that it was benign, and therefore would be an relatively easy procedure. He explained the step-by-step procedure well, and showed me visual aids of how the healing process worked and offered to perform the procedure then and there (without the need for a follow-up appointment). Once again, the step-by-step was explained well to me and the procedure was over within 10 minutes. I will update this review as the healing progresses, but as of right now, I am very happy with my experience.

Highly recommend Dr Raj for the Plexr mole removal. I booked in for just one mole to be removed on my face, after having done a lot of research on the best method to reduce scaring. When I got there I felt so comfortable I decided to go all in and get all three moles removed. The procedure was fine. If you’ve ever experienced a Dr slicing a mole off with a blade before, then this is a walk in the park in comparison. No slicing, no pulling, no pain. Just a few zaps and it’s done. The after care was also good. I have very sensitive skin and I got a little worried about one of the wounds being infected, but Dr Raj jumped on a call and said it was fine. He was right of course and it healed beautifully. To reduce the chances of scaring I used silicone patches and Kelo-cote silicone scar gel, once the scabs had fallen off, for about 3months after the procedure. The main thing for me was I didn’t want a big dent in my face from having the moles removed, like you mostly get with blade removal but with the Plexr, it has healed completely flat. Overall very happy and would highly recommend. Trust the healing process and don’t be tempted to play with the scabs. Just let the body do its work. So thankful to Dr Raj. I used to hide behind my hair or try and angle the picture away from my moles, now I have more confidence and don’t even think about it anymore 🤩 wish I had done it years ago!
