Aleksandra is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and professional. I went in to have cholesterol deposits on my eyes removed with laser treatment and the result have been amazing, even better than I had hoped. 5 stars isn’t even enough to give, she deserves more!

Had a microneedling treatment with Amanda, such an informed therapist, a fairly painless treatment which was not my previous experience of microneedling! From the moment the appointment was made with Juliet to the aftercare I received, the service was fantastic. Highly recommend Emma Coates Clinic.

Had my first experience at Emma Coates Clinic in Watford 2 weeks ago. From replying to an advert on instagram to booking the whole experience was a pleasure. I'd never booked a treatment before let a lone a microneedling and I was a bit nervous, but they addressed my concerns and upon turning up on the day to a beautiful location and room, the therapist but me at ease and was just so lovely and professional. She talked me through everything, and the whole thing was virtually painless and relaxing. After just one session I can see improvements in the size of my pores which were large as well as my forehead wrinkles lessening. My complexion overall seems a bit brighter too. This takes more than one session however and I've seen enough improvement to know this works and have booked another session to follow. Emma Coates clinic has exceeded expectation for me. Book, you won't be disappointed.

FAQs

Microneedling is a cosmetic treatment that uses a device with very fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the surface of the skin. This process is designed to stimulate the skin’s natural healing response and boost collagen and elastin production. It is commonly used on the face, but can also be done on areas such as the neck, chest, or body to improve texture and overall skin quality.

Prices vary between clinics in High Wycombe and can reflect local demand, clinic overheads and practitioner experience. In High Wycombe the price of Microneedling typically ranges from around £75 to £275 for single sessions or courses, depending on the area treated and whether combined therapies are included. If you’re checking how much Microneedling costs in High Wycombe or the cost of Microneedling overall, note that larger treatment areas or multiple sessions will increase the price. You can find the exact, up-to-date price for this treatment in the catalogue

Microneedling helps to improve the appearance of fine lines, mild wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne scars, and uneven skin texture or tone. By triggering the skin’s repair process, it encourages new collagen and elastin, which can make the skin look smoother, firmer, and more even over time. Results usually build gradually over a series of sessions rather than from a single treatment.

Most clinics apply a topical numbing cream before microneedling, so many people describe the feeling as uncomfortable rather than painful. You may feel scratching, pressure, or mild stinging in more sensitive areas. After the treatment, the skin often feels warm, tight, or slightly sunburned for a day or two. Comfort levels vary from person to person and also depend on the depth of the needles used.

For many people, microneedling is worth it if they want to gradually improve fine lines, mild acne scarring, or overall skin texture without more aggressive procedures or long downtime. It is usually done as a course of several sessions, and results appear over weeks to months, so it is not an instant fix. Whether it is worth it for you depends on your skin concerns, expectations, budget, and whether you are able to commit to multiple treatments and good aftercare.

Before microneedling, skin may look dull, uneven, or show visible fine lines, enlarged pores, or mild acne scars. After a course of treatments and once healing has taken place, many people notice smoother texture, a more even tone, reduced appearance of fine lines and some scars, and an overall healthier-looking glow. Results vary from person to person, and several sessions are usually needed to see the full benefit. Your practitioner should discuss realistic expectations and how many treatments you may need.
