I called reception and Poppy was so helpful and calm. I arrived a bit later but that was not a problem. Emily and Poppy were very welcoming when I arrived. Emily was pleasant and comforting during the consultation and understood my needs. Dr Nomy explained every step and showed me the sealed products with expiry date.
