Two of the nicest doctors you'll ever meet. Extremely thorough and professional service. Both Matt and Sam go above and beyond to make you feel informed, welcomed and comfortable. They always leave plenty of time, never pressure you into anything and in great detail explain everything about the procedures. They are genuinely lovely human beings and perfectionists about their work. Highly recommended. I have struggled with pain and immobility in my jaw from tmj disorder and have found great relief of my symptoms from having botox injected into my jaw muscle. Well worth the 3 hour round trip to clay clinic for the excellent service and results. Thank you guys.

This was my first visit to Dr Elsey. As a 65 year old woman, I just wanted to look fresher with a little muscle relaxant, and I am very happy with this fast-acting, longer lasting brand. Most importantly, I found Alison so warm and welcoming, with so much empathy that I felt quite emotional. She was so lovely and welcoming as we also discussed menopause, HRT, vitamin D etc. I can honestly say, she has the best bedside manner that I’ve ever encountered. I have been to see Alison at Erme Clinic a few times now for different treatments, most recently, Botox. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and I always makes me feel so welcome. I also recently visited Alison as I had an eczema break out which I’ve never had before caused by stress. She was very thorough and after a couple of weeks of recommended medication, my symptoms completely cleared up and I felt my normal self again. She really is amazing 😀😀❤️

I can not recommend Ros highly enough! I have recently had botox treatment with her, she really puts you at ease and takes the time to discuss your desired results and how best to achieve this. The whole procedure is relatively painless, thanks to her expertise, and I am so thrilled with the end result! I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great experience at The Clay clinic -super professional at the same time as creating a warm atmosphere where I felt really comfortable to have Botox. Ros was brilliant, her skill made the experience quick and painless but she was really thorough and listened to what I wanted, tailoring the treatment to this as I still wanted some movement in my face.
