I am beyond pleased with my first visit to Shore Aesthetics! Camilla is a true gem - knowledgeable and so lovely. From the initial consultation to the follow-up review, everything was seamless. As a Botox first-timer, I naturally had some apprehension, but Camilla's friendly demeanor and expert advice quickly put me at ease. From my first interaction with Ilona the aesthetic practitioner, Hannah and Tasha at the front desk, Lucy the skin and laser therapist, Dr Samah and David the nurse. Everyone I’ve met has been easy to communicate with, so pleasant and kind. The combination of having highly experienced specialists that are genuinely friendly people makes all the difference. Inside the clinic, they have created an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that is closer to a spa experience. This attention to detail and personal care is I believe unmatched in the area. Lyoness Aesthetics is the best in Dorset, having tried other clinics before finding Rachel-none of them compare. Rachel is dedicated & a true professional in what she does. Fully qualified & a nurse previously. I love the fact that she prides herself on natural enhancements not an OTT fake look! I genuinely love going to the clinic, not only to see Rachel but the clinic is clean, calming & relaxing. I cannot recommend Lyoness enough!

I initially went to Dr Emma for help to prevent jaw grinding. Emma prescribed botox injections which were painless. I’m thrilled to say this worked and I no longer grind my teeth so pain in my jaw and face has gone. I was so impressed by Emma’s knowledge and care that I had further treatments to smooth my jaw line and mouth area. Sooo happy with the results! Clearly much smoother but natural looking, subtle changes. Emma spent lots of time talking me through my treatment plan. I have never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions or having more treatments. Emma is guided by me and what bothers me then offers solutions for me to consider and choose from. What to expect and pricing is discussed before decision making so I am fully informed from start to finish of my treatments. I am so happy with my results I have more treatments scheduled.

Had some Botox done, it was a very clean and efficient process. Iv used many other places in the past, sometimes hasn’t been that effective, the product used was really good. I Definately recommend!

I had my first treatment today with Laura following a great consultation and I cannot recommend enough.
