I was very impressed with skin excellence clinic, on arrival you are made to feel welcome & offered refreshments. Dr strawford was very professional & knowledgeable, giving options of treatments & talking them through with a very honest approach. I was given information leaflets, samples & costings for my treatment plan to take away & evaluate. All very relaxed with no hard sell 😊.

I met Dr Elsey last week for the first time. I have been struggling with my menopause and its symptoms for many years. She is the first clinician that has actually listened to me. I was nervous about the pain and what I would look like after treatment but Wendy talked me through everything and put me at ease and I had complete confidence in her. My treatment was lip filler. With age and having my teeth straightened my top lip disappeared, I wanted natural look filler and she has done the most amazing job as well as being an ex-smoker I had the worst lines and she worked on these as well which have always bothered me. 100% recommend Dr Angela. I'm a nervous customer and she puts you at ease as she is both reassuring and confident. I've been to her for botox and lip filler. Twice for botox and once for lip filler. Ive been to some other practitioners in Plymouth but her lip technique is second to none. She really managed to flip the lip! No migration after having it previously done with another practitioner! Pretty painless too! Good botox too she made sure I was happy. She's a bit more pricey but that's what you pay for skill and technique and expertise.
