Initial consultations

First time visit. Good experience with Sophie. It was for a Consultation. Very calm, polite and very good to talk to. There was no sales pitch and genuinely wanted to help with my concerns. Since she thought my case may be complex, she booked an appointment with Dr Thethi. Sophie did explain the procedures which may be suitable for me and gave me the specific prices. Since there was a wifi issue with the face scanner, she did not leave it there. She took additional pictures on tablet for consultantation with Dr Thethi. I was very much satisfied with her approach. The place did look clean. I am not a fan of the location though., quite tucked away and among Industrial site. I am very much looking forward to meeting Dr Thethi.

A very efficient team, from booking my consultation with Dr Raj, to his clinical assistant sending me full record of our conversation after my appointment (which I found really useful to read and go over everything again). The clinic is exceptional, the smell as you walk in, how modern it is and very clean! Dr Raj is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly I could really go into detail about what was bothering me and he had the solution to fix it. 10/10 would recommend.

A brilliant first appointment at the clinic today. A very in depth consultation where Keely really listened to all of my concerns. I felt that I was listened too and the products/ treatments I have gone with were necessary and I really appreciate how they didn’t just try to sell me things for the sake of it. Lady on reception was also lovely, very warm and welcoming. 10/10 cannot fault at all

This was my first visit to Pro Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.The receptionist greeted me with such a friendly smile, which instantly made me feel comfortable. I had my consultation with Rosie, who was not only incredibly professional but also warm and approachable. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and ensured I knew what to expect every step of the way. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine care. I truly appreciate her reassuring presence—Rosie is a credit to the clinic.Truly kind staff and fantastic service — would absolutely recommend!

I can’t give enough praise or recommend more highly, Danica, and the whole team at Danica Payne Aesthetics and Dental. From the moment of first contact everyone’s been super friendly and helpful. The clinic setting is absolutely stunning and is a space you just feel completely at ease in. Danica is clearly an expert at what she’s does, from walking in and having an initial consultation, to the treatment itself, Danica talks through the whole process and makes sure you’re 100% comfortable all the way through out. I arrived to a very clean and beautifully decorated clinc. (very aestically pleasing!) The Staff were welcoming and really helpful. I did my first ever consultation today with Kristeen for aesthetics procedures. She made me feel very at ease, showed me lots of information on the treatments I enquired about and also the expected outcomes of these. It was so informative and very professional. I shall be new, but also returning customer from now on. 5* business.

My consultation was fantastic. I was informed of every step and process about the treatment that would be best for me. I left feeling happy and more knowledgeable on the treatments. Kirsteen was lovely and took the time to understand my concerns, huge thanks to her.

Great Service from start to finish!! Easy online booking for initial consultation, and quick response once submitted. as the website is very user friendly. Welcoming and informative staff at reception & during consultation, and treatment plans explained in full. I would highly recommend Renu Health & Wellness, 5 stars!!
