Been going here for the past few years, the health of my teeth are the best they’ve ever been - I’ve learnt a lot since going here. Reception staff have been great too, and helped and advised me with a payment plan to ensure I can get the work done without any financial pressures. Emily is the best! She is a hidden gem in London Colney. I live locally however my friend's from North London have travelled up to see her because she is definitely worth the journey. She makes you feel so comfortable! She doesn't try an oversell which is amazing! I used to work for a clinic that would pick out flaws to make money but Emily helps you leave feeling like a million dollars. It was my first time having botox and I knew everything I needed to know and felt confident in Emily. Visited the clinic this morning to have a milia cyst removed by Manuela. The milia was on the inner corner of my eye, next to my tear duct, and had been bothering me for a while. I almost can't believe how easy and straightforward my appointment was... I was in and out of the building within five minutes. It's a lovely premises with good parking, easy to find and the team were very kind about the fact I was a few minutes late due to some questionable weather. Manuela was so friendly and warm whilst also being extremely professional and efficient. The procedure was clearly explained and over within a minute, no fuss and limited discomfort. I felt completely at ease and in good hands! Brilliant! Thanks to Manuela and HSC for the excellent service.

I booked Wendy to remove a large skin tag which i had lived with for many years. Once I arrived, Wendy explained the procedure and verified her own qualifications to carry out removal of the skin tag. All this put me at ease , so much so i agreed to the treatment being done straightaway without hesitation. Everything was conducted in a very relaxed and re-assuring style beforehand and during the procedure which in itself was painless.
