Lovely clinic! Clean and fresh. Welcoming and friendly staff made me feel comfortable and looked after. Vicki was brilliant. There was no pressure to purchase anything and the information she gave me was easy to understand. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to come back. 1st visit: First time visiting VB Health and had an appointment with Vicky McCall, the podiatrist. She was friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend her services. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. 2nd visit: It was my first time having blood taken by Vicky Broughton, who was very accommodating, as I’m slightly nervous when it comes to blood tests. She was lovely and very patient. Afterwards, there was no bruising whatsoever — which is a first! I cannot recommend Vicky enough, as she completely put me at ease. Many thanks!

My experience at The Aesthetic Rooms was fantastic. I had a tear through procedure done by Zoe. She was absolutely amazing! She was so reassuring and professional. It was my first time having filler and she made me feel at ease and the whole experience was very relaxing. She’s also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I went to Dr Andy and Dr Andrew for advice on how to slow the progress of my frown lines and they were beyond helpful. Both in-person and online, they spent time to answer all of my questions carefully and made sure that the advice they gave was addressing my specific concern areas. Treatment-wise they were so professional, the clinic was immaculate and I felt safe and very well looked after throughout and at follow ups. Aside from this, they kindly sent over personalised skincare recommendations to compliment my treatment. I felt completely in control throughout the entire process and am very happy with the results.
