I have absolutely loved having my treatments at Dr. Caroline Warden’s clinic in Hale. I have had Botox, skin boosters and lip filler and love how refreshed and natural I look, which is exactly what I was after! I’ve been to a few medispas and this one is great because it’s female run, personalised and they really take their time to get to know you. Previously at other clinics I have felt like just a number. Dr. Caroline and Louise are the complete opposite. They are so attentive by comparison. They are warm and friendly, and the clinic is so gorgeous and welcoming. Having at last being diagnosed with Lipoedema after many years, Mr Fiore performed Vaser Liposuction, with Renuvion to my thighs,calves,knees and ankles,resulting in amazing shapely legs,and at last a defined ankle, not canker, and better mobility . My consultation was great I felt listened to was no pressure of what size to choose. Tailored approach to what outcome and how I wanted to look afterwards! I wasn’t bombarded with all information and was explained over 2 consultations! Jules was available at any time with any questions I had before and after surgery! Wasn’t sat waiting for replies even ‘out of working hours’ Surgery day fabulous staff were so friendly, kind and put you at ease if you felt anxious or nervous! Was put in touch with Mariella by my wife actually who was looking into Botox, she looked amazing after it and explained how easy and painless the whole procedure was, that I was compelled to get in touch myself! The booking system was easy and quick and she was excellent at making her clients feel relaxed. Being a male she reassured me that it was becoming more and more common for men to want to look younger and I would highly recommend any guys who are wary of aesthetics to get in touch with her!

I visited the clinic today for a bright face and eyes treatment with Rosie and I would highly recommend. Rosie was brilliant - really knowledgable, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. The clinic is also gorgeous and not in the middle of town so it’s easy to get to with plenty of parking. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I had botox done in 3 other salons but this one is by far the best; product is great, last long and done with a great attention to detail; girls are very professional and honest about which product is best for your needs; they are also super friendly it is like visiting a mate !
