The team was incredibly professional, welcoming, as always made me feel welcome and completely at ease from start to finish. I have had several Botox treatments at this clinic. The Doctors have been very warm and the information given about treatments very helpful This evening I met the new doctor. People before me seemed very assured by his advise and manner. I've had the best experience and been impressed with the results each time I visited Injection Queen. The Tarleton clinic is modern and easily accessible with plenty of parking, customer service is second to none. I've had treatments with both Lisa and Sarah and can honestly say both ladies are exceptional; very knowledgeable and make you feel relaxed the second you walk through the door. Booked a facial with Lisa again this week and I honestly can't wait, she is so lovely and my skin glows for weeks after. Sarah is the only person I would go to for injectables, with her eye for detail and expertise I immediately knew I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Met Dr Amro today, very humble and nice gentleman. He has a grip on his work. Previously i went to a non medical person who lacks proper consultation, but Dr Amro gave 1hr consultation with a deep discussion about requirements , risk and benefits of the treatment requested by me. Dr amro didn’t only focused on one task but gave all answers in deatils. Very happy and satisfied with consultation, will update about the results after 2 weeks follow up.

Had an appointment with Hayley today 26/8/2025. I had 2 very large skin tags on my left elbow. They were painful and uncomfortable. Awful area on the elbow to have them. Hayley talked me through the procedure. Had me read and sign some paperwork. Then it was time. I was a little intrigued as to whether it would be very painful. 100% transparency it was not totally pain free but not excessive at all. Hayley was comforting and calming throughout and I am not in any pain at all. All in all I would give Hayley ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The clinic in Hindley was spotless and beautifully set out. Very relaxing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I consulted Natalie about a sun damaged area on my face and underwent a plasma pen treatment.The results were amazing. Natalie is so knowledgeable and reassuring and Amanda so welcoming when you arrive for your treatment. I cannot recommend highly enough and will be returning for further treatments.
