I went to Æterna for a few procedures to my forehead as I had many frown lines in the area. It was my first time using botox and Ana was very careful, respectful and professional. Ana has exceptional knowledge in her field of aesthetics and certainly showed that when carrying out the procedures. It is amazing how detailed and mathematical the procedures are, Ana took it in her stride! We also had a follow up appointment after two weeks to ensure all was well and again it was professionalism of the highest standard. I am very impressed with the results and will definitely be returning to carry out botox procedures again with Ana.
