32 Year old male - A friend of mine recommended Hair Medics UK and after having a very informative consultation regarding a hair transplant and PRP in September 2024, I went ahead with the procedure in February 2025. 5 weeks in and so far I have no regrets and the service as a whole has been brilliant. Right from the start I felt comfortable with Hair Medics UK. From the initial phone call consultation with Rob and then on to a face to face appointment with Dr Bashar, it was professional, reassuring and they made it very easy to understand the whole process. Once I had decided to go ahead with the hair transplant procedure we booked a date and again the level of communication, information and care was outstanding. The day of the procedure was a long one but all of the staff at Hair Medics UK are so friendly and calm and make it as comfortable an experience as it can possibly be. My experiences with Hair Medics UK have been really great. From the first consultations with Rob through to the procedures, the setup is intimate and private yet fully professional and reassuring.
