Kate is professional with a warm nature and always puts me at ease. I am extremely particular and can feel apprehensive about when I want a new procedure done but Kate is understanding and takes things very slowly, explaining everything thoroughly beforehand, so that I can then make an informed choice. I have never been disappointed with results - the opposite in fact! I trust her and she is a very knowledgeable, honest and experienced practitioner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Today I had the pleasure of using this clinic for lip enhancement. From the moment I walked in was welcomed by the friendly receptionist. I then went with Leanne to her beautifully clean treatment room where we had a good chat about what we can do to help me reach the results that I wanted. All I can say is Leanne is a magician and the procedure she did was painless and result was exactly what I wanted. I can believe the results. Thank you Leanne. Having had Botox , fillers and other treatments elsewear for many years, I can honestly say this clinic surpasses them all ! Dr Victoria is so passionate and knowledgeable in all aspects of the face . Being medical and so experienced , she takes the time to explain the whole anatomy of the face and is honest about what treatments would benefit you . Giving an in depth consultation and tailoring each treatment to the individual. As for the treatments she has given me the results speak for themselves. The best Botox result I’ve ever had in 15 years and my skin and overall face appear so healthy and natural. Still me but a much better version :-) Dr Victoria is such a warm , gentle , kind person who genuinely cares about your result and makes sure you are comfortable throughout your treatment . I have also had mole removals with Dr Prem who is just as lovely and very experienced. I am so grateful to have found this incredible clinic and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face and skin .
