She was very thorough speaking to me about seceral different options - botox, profilo and microneedling. Weighing up the benefits of each treatment. There was no pushy sales pitch to sell me the most expensive treatments. Kate discussed what she thought was best for my skin and talked me through the whole procedure. No rush and no pressure.
