The administration team at reception and friendly and welcoming and, of course, efficient. The investment in updated premises has been another resounding success.

I had a cryotherapy session for my plantar fasciitis, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and much easier than I expected. Right after the session, I noticed a significant reduction in the sharp heel pain I usually feel when walking. The cooling effect really eased the inflammation, and my foot felt lighter and more flexible afterwards. Nina explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and tailored the session to my needs. It felt very professional but also friendly and supportive. I’ve tried different things for plantar fasciitis before, but cryotherapy has given me noticeable relief in just one session. I’m looking forward to continuing as part of my recovery. Highly recommend this to anyone struggling with heel pain!
