I was very impressed with skin excellence clinic, on arrival you are made to feel welcome & offered refreshments. Dr strawford was very professional & knowledgeable, giving options of treatments & talking them through with a very honest approach. I was given information leaflets, samples & costings for my treatment plan to take away & evaluate. All very relaxed with no hard sell 😊.

She even went a step further by taking my number so she could share the details of a trusted oculoplastic surgeon recommended by one of her clients. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and effort she put into guiding me in the right direction, even though it meant not booking a treatment with her. The consultation was free, and from reception to consultation I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. It’s rare to find such professionalism and genuine care, and I highly recommend this clinic.

I immediately felt confident in her care and the procedures we agreed on were carried out quickly and carefully. The clinic is clean and welcoming and the aftercare is excellent. My skin is healing really well and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ros or her colleagues at The Erme Skin Clinic again.

I was able to feel confident that nothing needed further testing for a possible cancer, knowing that a qualified doctor was examining my warts, which all looked slightly different. The cryotherapy gave excellent results with no marks left behind. One largish wart went completely after only one treatment, while three others needed two treatments, but these were done at only a small extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Alison Elsey.
