I had a xanthelasma removed from my upper left eyelid in April. The procedure was well explained, then quick and painless. I expected it to hurt once the anaesthetic has worn off but there was absolutely no pain. I have received clear instructions from doctor Maini on how to look after the wound, and used Aquaphor rather than vaseline for it. About ten days after the procedure I went on holiday to Las Vegas and even with the dry hot air it was easy to keep on top of looking after the wound and keeping it moist. It's healed really well with minimal scarring and the doctor was extremely happy with how it's healed when we have had the post op check today. To say I'm happy is an understatement - the procedure was easy, done professionally, everything was explained well and I could contact the doctor with any questions and worries, and updated him daily during the first couple of weeks after the procedure, to ensure the healing is coming along as it's supposed to. Excellent service from start to finish and a great, professional place. I'd definitely recommend the clinic and will use their services again if/when the need arises.
