She is clearly very knowledgable and i felt in good hands with an expert! She put together a new skincare routine for me as well as a longer term plan, within a day she had emailed me a really thorough report with everything we discussed, she then followed this up with another consultation a few weeks after so we could discuss if things were working and how i was getting on.
