From the meet and greet, amazing facial from Gillian who was so attentive ,knowledgeable and finished with the best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had. !!!! I purchased some goodies and trust me there was no hard sell and have booked further treatments on a monthly basis. I was curious with regards to the aesthetics side and Dawn gave some great advice, so professional and gave me literature to peruse at my leisure.
