This was my first time seeing a trichologist . I was pleasantly impressed from the beginning to the end of the consultation. The environment was clean and very professional. There was free parking a very important detail for me . I was patiently and professionally attended to and every step of the consultation was explained to me and I was fully informed about the condition of my scalp, I was shown pictures of my scalp and each was explained to me . I left the consultation knowing what to do and what the next step was and I also got an appointment booked for my next appointment. I am 100% satisfied with my experience.🤗🤗🤗

My recent trip to clinc was an experience like no other! My consultation with Asha was the best; it felt like a therapy/ consultation/coaching session all in one and just what i needed! Asha took the time to assess, listen, and understand my scalp and hair needs . She had a wealth of knowledge she was able to share with me. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt calm, inviting, and I was even offered coffee and tea options which made it feel comfortable and relaxed. The trichologist was so friendly, professional, and thorough. She took her time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on with my scalp and hair health. It honestly felt more like an educational session than just an appointment. I walked out feeling empowered about my own health. The level of service they provide goes beyond what you’d expect for the price. Overall, I can’t recommend them enough! I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

Dr Senna is so cool, calm and collected and is an expert in her field! She is very informative, knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable especially if it is your first time doing any cosmetic treatments! There is no pushiness or hard sell at all, you can really feel she does what is best for you! Highly recommend!

Dr Abimbola was very professional and highly knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions. Her passion for her job really shines through and I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking some answers about skincare and treatments. Her colleague was also just as lovely and had some good advice with regards to some products.
