The clinic - from the minute you enter - is inviting, clean and beautifully designed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful too. The booking process was easy and straightforward, with everything I needed to know prior to my visit provided. Julie was amazing at my consultation for Laser Hair Removal. She was so knowledgeable and very well experienced. She went over everything I needed to know and more, opening my eyes to my skin type and what to expect from the treatments. She recommended different products that would work for my skin and gave my info on how to use them, without it feeling like a sales pitch! Very happy with the whole appointment/visit and cannot wait to get started!

I went into the shop today and asked about laser hair removal, i managed to get a consultation the same day! (Amazing). During the consultation, I spoke about what I wanted and I was actually advised I didn’t need hair removal, but a different treatment, when going over the new treatment, I asked if it was ok to think about it, as it was more money then I could afford at the moment with being on maternity leave, the staff memeber (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) was lovely about it and understood my situation, she made no judgement and then continued to answer all my questions. When I go back to work and have more funds, I will definitely be going back to get the recommended treatment. From my short experience, I can say the staff were friendly and the reception and treatment rooms were immaculate.

Both staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The process was very clearly explained to me and I felt no pressure to continue or commit to the process, or pressure to buy any sessions. If you are nervous about starting your laser hair removal journey I seriously recommend going to a consultation here, especially whilst consultations are free at the moment! First time visit. Good experience with Sophie. It was for a Consultation. Very calm, polite and very good to talk to. There was no sales pitch and genuinely wanted to help with my concerns. Since she thought my case may be complex, she booked an appointment with Dr Thethi. Sophie did explain the procedures which may be suitable for me and gave me the specific prices. Since there was a wifi issue with the face scanner, she did not leave it there. She took additional pictures on tablet for consultantation with Dr Thethi. I was very much satisfied with her approach. The place did look clean. I am not a fan of the location though., quite tucked away and among Industrial site. I am very much looking forward to meeting Dr Thethi.

A very efficient team, from booking my consultation with Dr Raj, to his clinical assistant sending me full record of our conversation after my appointment (which I found really useful to read and go over everything again). The clinic is exceptional, the smell as you walk in, how modern it is and very clean! Dr Raj is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly I could really go into detail about what was bothering me and he had the solution to fix it. 10/10 would recommend.

A brilliant first appointment at the clinic today. A very in depth consultation where Keely really listened to all of my concerns. I felt that I was listened too and the products/ treatments I have gone with were necessary and I really appreciate how they didn’t just try to sell me things for the sake of it. Lady on reception was also lovely, very warm and welcoming. 10/10 cannot fault at all

This was my first visit to Pro Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.The receptionist greeted me with such a friendly smile, which instantly made me feel comfortable. I had my consultation with Rosie, who was not only incredibly professional but also warm and approachable. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and ensured I knew what to expect every step of the way. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine care. I truly appreciate her reassuring presence—Rosie is a credit to the clinic.Truly kind staff and fantastic service — would absolutely recommend!
