Visited the clinic this morning to have a milia cyst removed by Manuela. The milia was on the inner corner of my eye, next to my tear duct, and had been bothering me for a while. I almost can't believe how easy and straightforward my appointment was... I was in and out of the building within five minutes. It's a lovely premises with good parking, easy to find and the team were very kind about the fact I was a few minutes late due to some questionable weather. Manuela was so friendly and warm whilst also being extremely professional and efficient. The procedure was clearly explained and over within a minute, no fuss and limited discomfort. I felt completely at ease and in good hands! Brilliant! Thanks to Manuela and HSC for the excellent service.

I booked Wendy to remove a large skin tag which i had lived with for many years. Once I arrived, Wendy explained the procedure and verified her own qualifications to carry out removal of the skin tag. All this put me at ease , so much so i agreed to the treatment being done straightaway without hesitation. Everything was conducted in a very relaxed and re-assuring style beforehand and during the procedure which in itself was painless. Clearly Wendy is multi talented to help with many needs as per her website and i wholeheartedly recommend her to you. Barry H

She is extremely knowledgable, caring and makes you feel so comfortable straight away. I have also had a hydrafacial with her in the past and she really is the best! Been seeing Laura for a while now .. had the worse skin and it made me feel so low , but with regular facials and the amazing ZO products my skin looks great and I feel so much more confident. I would highly recommend skin labs I’ve even got my teenage daughter going regularly and also got her using the ZO products.

Zoe is such a lovely person. I enquired about a course of sessions, and she talked me through everything and answered all my questions, whilst making me feel confident and knowing she had my interests at heart. Both Kylie and Daisy, the other girls I saw during my treatments were also really helpful and accommodating as well as being friendly and professional. I have now completed my course and I could not be happier with the results! This is by far the best place to get any sort of treatment done. The staff are nothing but polite. They are client focused, friendly, personable, approachable (if any issues, which very rarely are there any) and always a pleasure to go too. I have been having face laser for a while now and have seen amazing results that I only need to go once every 3 months or so. I'd highly recommend La Unique. cannot recommend Dr Karim enough . Visited in December for some dermal filler treatment and I am so pleased with my results . Extremely natural and I feel so much fresher . I found the consultation process to be relaxed and informative and felt like my needs were listened to and understood and met ! On top of that compared to other experiences I have had in the past my level of pain was zero and swelling afterwards the same so no downtime for me .
