Really pleased with my treatment. I had the skin rejuvenation package for my face, using the BTL Exilis Ultra 360 radiofrequency machine, which I had read lots of good things about online (really pleased when I found out that it had come to Taunton). I wanted skin tightening and removal of some lines, especially on my forehead, eyes and cheek lines (Nasolabial folds), which had got worse over the years. Smita was terrific. She explained everything really well and was very professional. The treatment itself took about 45 mins and was pain free, and she took her time. I did not feel rushed. The local location at Swan Retreat in Taunton was very nice, the treatment room had a calm atmosphere and was very peaceful. It also had lots of free parking so getting there and home was easy after the treatment. I am really happy with the results so far, and have 2 more treatments to go but my skin already looks tighter, brighter, smoother and the lines are reduced as I wanted. Really happy with Serenity Women’s Clinic. They also do anti wrinkle Botox injections, which I want to have in the future.

I had the BTL exilis treatment with Dr Lana and the whole experience was fantastic. From the procedure itself, my comfort was priority, to the actual results. I really loved my Radio Frequency facial with Amanda. I usually stick to a more basic facial but thought I would try this for a change. It was so relaxing and it just felt warm on my skin. Amanda explained how it was for boosting the collagen and plumping the skin. Amanda is lovely, professional, warm and friendly and I felt perfectly safe in her hands. When I got home, my daughter said how amazing I looked. She said I was glowing and my skin looked incredible and that I looked like I had had Botox and my wrinkles had gone!! so wow wow wow thank you!!

I purchased a whole course of radio-frequency skin tightening treatments and facial peelings. Just had my second appointment here and loved every bit of my treatment with Eileen. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Each time I leave with glowing skin and a pleasant experience.
