Lucy did a fantastic job on my colour and cut yesterday. Honestly, I've never left a salon feeling as happy with the results as I did yesterday 😃. Lucy has a real talent, and I'm so pleased. The salon was very welcoming and friendly, would highly recommend!!

I have been training here for the last few months starting completely from scratch, I cannot recommend the team enough they are amazing! Jess is a very thorough teacher who supports you continuously, she is absolutely lovely and will keep on helping going fourth in my career. Having very little knowledge of all the anatomy needed to choose this career path, they set you up with everything you need to know and ensuring you pass all relevant exams. The whole team including Julie, Alberto, James and Hope all help keep you on track, organised and make life a lot easier with all their continuous help couldn’t thank them all enough ❤️ Had the best months training here and very sad to have finished as well as so happy with what they have all helped me achieve! If you’re debating taking an aesthetics course, this is the place to do it !

I really appreciated the pre-treatment consultation with Kirsty not only advice on the treatment itself but also the approach and personalised advice supported by Kirsty’s extensive knowledge of skincare products and treatments. I’m delighted with the results of the Botox, my new skincare routine, and Kirsty’s excellent communication and follow-up after the treatment.

i attended shine medical 2013 with facial skin that i was very uncomfortable, embarrassed, and depressed with, i had attended many clinics regarding my skin, witch was acne and large open pores and red blemishes, i had paid out a lot of money over the previous years to still be left very uncomfortable in my own skin i then had given up hope and thought that my skin will just remain this way for the rest of my life. i then came across Dr olha and had stressed that the appearance of my skin was really starting to get me down and depress me with then made me not have a social life, dr olha then gave me the confidence that my skin will be improved with the treatment plan she was going to carry out, i have had prescribed skin products, micro needling and i have regular maintenance my skin has considerably improved and i now have the confidence and will no longer go any were else but shine medical

I saw Andrea for a Botox consultation. I was keen to have a doctor administer the Botox rather than anyone else. Andrea was much more informative than previous consultants I’ve seen and has a lovely way with clients. If you’re nervous at all about the procedure Andrea will put you at ease (and numb the area before you have the Botox which was a first). Really pleased with the results. Would recommend Andrea if you’re looking to have Botox in West Bridgford.

Lovely service. Had a LVL lash lift and tint with Sherri and really pleased with the results. She was lovely and welcoming. I had a hot stone massage a few weeks ago and was amazing. The therapist was lovely. Will definitely be back. Great salon offering lots of treatments. Couldn't recommend enough.

Really pleased with how my Botox has settled, as I wanted to try remain as natural as possible but was ready for an adjustment, so I'm super glad I found Nina, she was so lovely to meet and she explained the treatment & provided aftercare, plus a follow up service.
