I’ve finished my full sessions at Emzi Skin Clinic and now come in for top-ups, and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. Umrana has been so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I was really shy at first, but she made me feel comfortable straight away. She never rushes anything and always checks in to make sure I’m okay. One thing I really appreciate is how well she understands South Asian skin and the conditions that come with it. She knew exactly how to treat my skin without irritating it, and she always explained what she was doing in a really simple, reassuring way. Because of that, I’ve seen such good results. Every appointment feels calm and relaxed, and I always leave feeling looked after. It’s honestly the best service, and I’m so glad I found this clinic.

I visited Emzi Skin Clinic for a laser consultation and patch test. I was welcomed into the clinic by the technician, and she talked me through everything that I needed to know about laser hair removal. What I appreciated most about my consultation with her was that she was genuinely upfront about the procedure and results I may have. Constantly shaving and waxing was getting overwhelming. It has always irritated my skin, creating dark areas, and it takes up a lot of time. Another reason I decided to go ahead at Emzi Skin Clinic is the device used, Soprano Titanium, latest in the field of laser hair removal. I have had a couple of sessions now and have been so impressed with the results. Pain is subjective, but this device has a built-in cooling system. I would say it's similar to having a hot stone massage!. Genuinely I have seen an 80% reduction in regrowth with just 1 session!. My technician was very diligent on checking in while she was working on any area. The entire time, she made me feel so comfortable, and I felt very looked after. She is very considerate of your pain threshold, in case it does get too hot. Also very meticulous with her work and always makes sure that the client is happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend this clinic if you have been thinking or contemplating to have laser hair removal.

The appointments are so quick and easy! Safa is on hand for any questions and any reassurance. I honestly wish I had started my laser journey years ago as the results have been fantastic & I’ve had no issues at all.

Had such a great experience at my laser appointments! The receptionist, Hibba, was honestly amazing — super friendly, really accommodating, and so flexible with my schedule. She made it really easy to find a time that worked for me, even with some last-minute changes. My appointments have all gone really smoothly. Safa was very nice, professional, and made me feel totally comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting laser done — great service!

I had laser hair removal sessions with Sam and Julie. The girls are so friendly and lovely. I felt very comfortable throughout the treatments and the laser is literally pain free.
