I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Varona for a molar and wisdom tooth extraction. I called in severe pain for an emergency appointment and was able to see Dr. Varona literally the next day. The ladies in the front desk were very nice and accommodating. I went in for surgery the following day and was very scared but Dr. Varona took the time again to calm me down, explaining in great detail the whole procedure and would not continue until I was at ease and comfortable to proceed. Before I knew it I was awake and procedure was done! He is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate. Great bedside manner. Very good communication skills from the whole office in general. To my surprise a few days later I even received a follow up call from a gentleman named Yosel checking up on me to see how I was feeling and how i was recovering! 2 days later I had a issue with my pharmacy because of my insurance and called the office after hours and Yosel responded immediately! He personally resolved my issue with the pharmacy within minutes!! He went above and beyond and did everything with a great positive attitude even it being after hours AND on a holiday weekend. He is definitely a major asset to that office. I have already recommended them to a family member who has to remove their wisdom teeth. I would like to thank ALL of them once again for their patience, professionalism, taking away the pain and giving me my smile back.

They helped me feel at ease right away, and if it weren’t for their support, I don’t think I would have had the courage to go through with the procedure. The surgery itself was quick and smooth, and my healing journey has been amazing. No complications, no issues at all. Not to mention, the team is bilingual (Spanish and English), which is such a great bonus and made everything even more comfortable. I’m so grateful for the care I received.
