If Carlsberg did dentists, they would have created YOUR SMILE CLINIC, Manchester. Lia, Aaliyah & the others are a friendly professional team and always supportive. Their prices a no higher than comparable places and if anything lower :-) Highly recommend them and worth the travel; They are 5 minutes from Piccadilly bus stops or next to Train/Tram mainline station. Don’t leave it too late, please look after your teeth and gums!

My first time at the clinic to day the staff here are so warm and welcoming. Iman and pharrell were great. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Iman was so gentle yet efficient during the hygiene and have me great advice on the care of my teeth.

Positives: Absolutly amazing staff, esp all the lovely ladies working the front desk! Thank you so much for taking care and making my stay comfortable throughout this hell of a journey. Negatives: I got a bridge done at another clinic about 3 years ago which fell out. I went to Your Smile to get my bridge reattached. Firstly, Dr Ashley did not check my bite afterwards (leading to my back teeth not meeting at all when biting). I paid £224. I was also offered a fiber to be put in to strengthen the bridge (another £50) but the clinic did not have it. After 5 days, it fell out in the middle of the night (all I was told was that I gridge my teeth and that I need wear my retainers if I dont want them to fall out again). I was able to be squizzed in again and get it put in again for free (although I had to argue for a few hours over the phone). At this appointment, I was told that the reattachment would always be brittle and that I needed a new bridge (which of course, they offered to do here). The second reattachemnt fell out the next day. This whole time the bridge was being stuck to my teeth using composite (or, as it was explained to me at the clinic, the materials they make FILLINGS out of). On the third try, I had a wire put in at the back of my teeth to hold them in place. Now comes the pièce de résistance - as I was getting the bridge put back in, the (I'm assuming) hyginist was talking to me about how I would need a new retainer and how I can get it done now for £170. I declained as I was already planning to go back to my original clinic to get a new bridge (because I was told I needed one). I forgot my old retainer in the room, and after coming for it 3 SECONDS LATER they threw it away! Of course they started saying I needed one anyway, that the old one wouldn't have worked etc etc. At this point, I was being ping ponged around and I just wanted to go home after being in the clinic for hours. I said thank you and left (not without being told that this is the last time they would fix their own mistakes). I have since gone back to my home clinic (about a month ago) - got the ORIGINAL BRIDGE REATTACHED using proper material (not composite) for £100!! Meaning 1) it was possible to get it done right the first time if proper materials and technique was used (I had my teeth sanded before reattachment, the bridge is not bulky at the back, no sharp eadges which were common here, care to make sure there is not pressure on the bridge) 2) I did not need a new retainer as my bridge stayed the same!! However, now I do not have one as it got thrown away in the 3 seconds I left it in a room alone. Of course no replacement was offered without paying. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place for anything serious. Perhaps its good for cosmetics, but I don't go to the beautician when a dermatologist is needed.
