⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly Exceptional Spa Experience From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel special. The lady on reception gave me a warm welcome and even a personal tour of the salon. I had been caught in a huge traffic jam on the way and was running late, but without any fuss at all, my appointment was moved to the afternoon, a thoughtful touch that immediately put me at ease. My treatment was a Fire and Ice Facial, a gift from a parent where I work, and having had many facials over my 47 years, I can honestly say this one completely blew the others out of the water. My therapist, Simone, had a magical and kind manner, and clearly an exceptional depth of knowledge. After the treatment, she offered me expert skincare advice, sharing tips on moisturisers and ongoing skin care, like a free consultation! I left with my skin tighter, radiant, and positively glowing, and feeling the same way myself. I’ve already booked my next facial. On the way out, I met the manager, who invited me to pop back for advice any time, and helpfully talked me through much of their product range in a friendly, supportive way. It’s easy to see why both Simone and the salon have been nominated for an award recently, the service was second to none. Thank you ladies, for a truly transformative experience. See you next month! Dr Yasmin is amazing. I had my first treatment with her a few weeks ago and the results were far better than any I had before. I cannot recommend Dr Olivia and Wellface enough! I have been visiting for almost a year now, and Dr Olivia is truly a gem ☺️. From the moment you walk in to the treatment room, you feel completely at ease - and on a personal level, she is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Every appointment feels like I’m catching up with a friend! Her aesthetic skills are amazing 👌🏻 subtle, and natural looking every time. She listens to what you want and never pushes anything you don’t need. I completely trust her with my face, and I’m always getting comments about how “fresh” I look (which is the ultimate compliment being a tired mum of two little ones!). If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, is incredibly talented, and makes the whole experience feel comfortable, then Dr Olivia is your girl.
