I’ve started to come here for waxing and am very happy with the results . It’s quick and painless, and so great that they offer the vegan product for waxing too ! Both beauty therapists I have seen have been friendly and put you at your ease . Would recommend this salon - it’s clean, friendly and perfectly located on the high street !

Couldn’t recommend Wanstead Beauty Clinic more! All staff are so helpful, friendly and kind. I always have facial treatments and they are such a treat. Sarah is so delicate and attentive to my skin and the whole experience is relaxing.

I've been to Wanstead Beauty Clinic twice before for my eyebrows, and despite having had a patch test done both times, my recent visit was a huge disappointment. I was hoping to get my eyebrows done again, but the blonde lady at the front desk refused to take me in (I come from Chigwell,as you may know it’s a long way) claimed that their records were inaccurate and insisted I couldn't be treated. It was extremely frustrating considering I’ve already been through the necessary patch test process twice! Also It’s disappointing that the front desk lady just agreed with me extremely quickly when I said “no worries,I ll go somewhere else”

I'm new to Wanstead and only living here for a short time. The place that I usually go is in South London which feels like quite a trek to get a bikini wax. BUT, having said that, this is a particular treatment that requires skill and also a level of comfort with your aesthetician as it is one of the most personal beauty services you will undertake. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival which put me at immediate ease with my decision to stay local. Sarah was so brilliant. I have a very specific way that I like my bikini area to be waxed (it's never on the 'menu' in fact) and few people ever get it right (it's not a complicated request but it seems to be difficult to understand?) Sarah listened to me carefully and executed my instructions to the letter! Genuinely the first time anyone has ever done this and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I won't be in the neighbourhood much longer but am going to get in one more session before I move away. Highly recommend Sarah and Wanstead Beauty Clinic!
