Urban Escape

Absolutely love coming to urban escape, I have come for different treatments over the last 2 years and each time its been a wonderful experience. All the staff are so lovely and attentive, its such a lovely, calm and relaxing environment. Today was the first time having my nails done there and I cannot thank Carrie enough, they are brilliant. See you in 4 weeks 🥰

Gina is truly fabulous, so friendly and kind. She has done piercings for me and my teenage girls and knows just how to make it light hearted so they aren’t too nervous. Belly buttons aren’t much fun! Thank you Gina, we will be back!

I have tried this place 2 times, once I had a pedicure, last time for eyebrow threading. The place is welcoming but the services I paid for.. it’s not worth the money. Quality is way behind comparing to what I experienced in London beautician places. Pedicure was not done with attention to details; however I got a nice black coffee and biscuit to take during it. Eyebrow plus upper lip threatening- I have had it done for years. I can tell this was the first time someone made my lip bleeding. However the beautician apologies. Sorry can’t recommend for these reasons.

This was my first visit to Urban Escapes, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The surroundings are beautiful, everything is spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing. I had a leg waxing treatment with the lovely therapist Katie—she was absolutely amazing! Warm, friendly, and highly professional. I would highly recommend both Katie and Urban Escapes to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

I had a wonderful pedicure at Urban Escape – such a relaxing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully put together. My therapist took great care and attention, and my feet have never looked or felt better! I left feeling totally pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend if you're in need of a treat!
