What can I say about UMI Clinic? When you go into the clinic, you already feel like you’re in expert hands. The staff there are truly dedicated to their work and their warming presence makes every appointment feel so welcoming!! I would definitely have to rate them a 5/5 stars!! First time I went there was for Hydrafacial treatment (Platinum) and my skin never looked that fabulous. The effect of that treatment made my skin so hydrated for months that I didn’t have to top up my moisturiser during the day. I left the clinic feelings so confident and refreshed, that’s how great it works!! The second time I went there was for an oral examination by Dr Bita Farzad and she was absolutely brilliant. She answered all my questions and concerns, making it such a trusting atmosphere. The third time I went was for a hygienist appointment and OMG my teeth have never felt so clean and it was just a spar treatment for them!! I visited Umi Clinic on a few occasions - it is located next to a large car park, which is very handy. The lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly. The staff are lovely, Dr Sarah Jenkins is wonderful - I can highly recommend her - she was professional, knowledgeable and very good at what she does! Overall, I would highly recommend.

I’ve visited Umi Clinic several times for dental work, and although I felt quite anxious during my initial visits, Dr. Bita Farzad and Vicky were absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful—modern, welcoming, and calming. Sonia, the hygienist, is also amazing—she’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderfully reassuring manner. I honestly can’t recommend Umi Clinic highly enough!
