Rare and outstanding service—I wish I could give 10 stars! ​I recently had an appointment with Dr. Tory Sullivan, the dermatologist and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The waiting room was clean and quiet, and the check-in staff were polite and respectful. ​I was taken back exactly at my appointment time, which is rare. However, what impressed me most was the doctor's approach. After treating my main issue, he actually asked if anything else was bothering me. When I mentioned a second issue, he immediately started working on that as well. ​In all my time living in the US, this is the first time a specialist has treated two issues in one visit rather than telling me to book a separate appointment. Dr. Sullivan is efficient, skilled, and truly cares about his patients. I wish I could give 10 stars! Highly recommended.

Today was my first visit, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The office is beautiful, welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease. From the moment you arrive, the check-in process is truly a delight — you’re greeted with a smile and a kind welcome from the staff. The doctor was just as wonderful. Excellent bedside manners, very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to listen, discuss my concerns, and offer thoughtful, helpful recommendations. Overall, an exceptional experience. Highly recommend this office!
