My experience with Dr. Jativa was wonderful! The entire staff was very nice, and Andrea in the front was extremely helpful. Lorena did my massages and she was so patient, informative, and truly a perfectionist—her work shows it! I’m 10 days post-op and already loving my results. I can’t wait to see the final outcome. Highly recommend!

My wife had her procedure here, and it was honestly the worst experience she’s ever had at any clinic. The level of disorganization is unbelievable. They make you wait 3–5 hours past your scheduled appointment, every single time, and when you ask what’s going on, you’re given different excuses that never match — it feels like they lie just to keep you sitting there. The staff is extremely nice at first, but once they’ve secured your payment, that’s when the disaster starts. There’s no structure, no clear communication, and no real concern for patient care. It feels like the entire operation is focused on money, not people. They even ask you for a review the moment you walk in, before you’ve received any service — which says a lot about their priorities. Watching my wife go through such a stressful, disappointing experience was beyond frustrating. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of clinics that treat patients with real professionalism — this is not one of them.

Warning: My experience with Dr. Jativa at New Face MD was life-threatening. I was told my labs were “perfect,” but my hemoglobin was actually low at a dangerous level for liposuction. He operated anyway. After surgery, I fainted, blacked out, and ended up in the hospital with a hemoglobin of 7, needing an emergency blood transfusion to survive. His monstrous obsession with making a dollar almost took my life. Think twice before trusting your safety to him. Yet after 3 months after my surgery I am still swollen and the Dr. has no explanation!
