Unfortunately I parted with a lot of money for a very rushed appointment that lasted less than 10 mins. The care I was promised on the initial phone call was not given to me at all. They were running late when I attended which is fine, but I was told to fill in paperwork with no one around to ask any questions. I was forced to sign the paperwork even though there were a lot of mistakes on it and no one actually went through it with me. I have asked for a copy of this but have still not been given this. The aftercare is non existent, when I chased to give them this feedback I was met with a lot of excuses and still no questions around aftercare. Women please be careful do not go to this clinic!! Having read the other negative review I also agree that the treatment room is not to the highest standards.

Though the years I have had several IPL and Lazer treatments all personally carried out by Amanda . I trust her implicitly and I know that she really knows and understands Skin issues . I have never had any worries regarding my treatments and have always been happy with the results I introduced my daughter to Skin Technology clinic and she also is a client and receives treatment when ever she feels the need or that a top up would be beneficial . I am in my mid eighties and I am often told that I look 20 years younger . Amanda is a delight to know and a pleasure to meet with , Thanks to you Amanda Best Regards Jan
