I went in spontaneously (as a tourist from the US) and got an individualized consult and treatment plan from Dr. Ben. He listened carefully to my concerns and goals and formulated and implemented a perfect plan during that same appointment. It was straightforward and exactly met my concerns and goals. Dr. Ben is also easy to talk to and has a good, reassuring bedside manner. I would definitely go again next time I visit Edinburgh.

My experience with both Karen and Dr Ben couldn't have been better. The clinic itself is lovely. I was very nervous but put at ease by Karen and Dr Ben who explained their processes and approach - their knowledge and expertise is apparent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I was nervous to get filler, especially for smile lines because I know it’s more advanced. I had even had consultations at other clinics but just didn’t feel comfortable with their knowledge. Dr. Ben made me feel super confident with his recommendation, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for! I really didn’t want to look any different, I just wanted to look like I did like 3 years ago 😅 (I’m 33 for context) and it couldn’t be more natural! So happy I went to Dr. Ben!

I cannot rave about how wonderful this place is enough!! So many wonderful things to say. I’ve had a few treatments in different countries, but was struggling to find somewhere I was happy with in Edinburgh. So many places charged a fortune, were clearly money-driven, barely glanced at my face, and the results disappointing. The moment I met Dr. Ben, I knew I was in expert hands. He was warm, kind, and took the time to really listen, tailoring everything specifically to me. He has a wealth of experience, is award-winning, and has an incredible talent for enhancing natural beauty—working with my features to achieve elegant, beautifully subtle results rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. It was (and is) an incredibly professional and well informed experience, and I felt in such safe hands. He suggested some treatments I wasn’t aware of, ensuring the results were understated but fantastically effective. And I was THRILLED with the results! My sister even asked if I had been drinking some kind of “Benjamin Button” juice—she couldn’t tell I’d had anything done but said I looked amazing. I am sure I am officially Dr. Ben’s biggest fan!
