I attended the clinic for an appointment for my son. Dr Dushy was kind enough to have a Quick Look at a lesion on my face and recommended I see the sister clinic the ‘Real Skin Clinic’ down the corridor. They gave me an on the spot, free consultation and removed my lesion at a very reasonable charge. Most impressed with this clinic from start to finish. All members are professional, knowledgable and courteous. Dr Dushy was amazing with my ASD son, consultation was relaxed and treatment was quick and done on the same day. Thank you for making life just that bit easier.

I had a very poor experience at this clinic. I went in for a blood test and was also supposed to be given another seperate sample test kit. Instead of providing the proper container with the necessary tools and envelope, the nurse seemed very unaware of the procedure and even said she had “never done it before” and even asked me how I usually handled it in the past. I even found myself helping her search for something appropriate to collect the sample — in the end, I was handed tweezers to use instead, which is completely odd? Normally, in my case, patients do not have to travel to the lab to hand in their own sample. I should have been provided with an envelope to send it directly. If this had been done in the first place, I would not have wasted half a day travelling during major TFL strikes, which made the situation even more frustrating. Weeks later I had a call with the clinic only to find out that they missed carrying out one of my blood tests and hae to go back in again, and also that the sample I directly gave to the lab had been lost because the clinic failed to include the required paperwork. While I appreciate the person I eventually spoke to tried to suggest a more convenient way forward, the fact remains that I should never have been put in this situation in the first place. The lack of basic preparation, poor training, and absence of communication between the lab and clinic left me frustrated, inconvinienced and worried as I'm still waiting for results which should have been with me earlier. That said, the dermatologist I saw was great. However, I would advice the clinic to provide better training to ensure patients receive safe, competent, and properly prepared care — which, unfortunately, was not my experience here.

Highly recommend Dr Kim and the team for the amazing service provided to me. Dr Kim was very reassuring, kind and very informative at the consultation appointment and on the follow up surgery procedure. I would highly rate Dr Kim and thank the team for the excellent service.

I must admit I was a little nervous today – I woke up at 2AM for pure worry! This was my first time of course, but I needn’t have worried - my clinician Kylie was outstanding! She carefully explained every step, helping me understand what was happening before that particular part of the treatment. She was well prepared, experienced, and very professional. One could tell that she was really invested and committed to her work. I found myself wondering why I didn’t do this earlier. Thank you so much, Kylie!!

Had a minor procedure today and alerted the staff that I would be away for two weeks after the appointment. No one had checked beforehand that I would be available to have stitches removed within 7 days. Their own literature says 14 days for stitch removal on the scalp. I was reassured by the nurse immediately following the procedure that 19 days would be fine for my stitches to be removed, and I made the appointment on this basis and left. I was informed by email afterwards that the practice would not be responsible for my aftercare as I was unwilling to cancel my holiday to have the stitches removed in a shorter timeframe than even their literature stated. The manager, Luke Fry, who has written a misreading review of this practice on Google reviews by failing to state that he works at this practice, hung up on me when I tried to explain that no one and had checked with me prior to the procedure about my availability for the follow up. I was trying to be clear that he was making false statements on the phone and that I was autistic, and he put the phone down on me. I am extremely unhappy with my treatment today, that this person lied to me on the phone and threatened to deny me aftercare, despite agreeing with the nurse that the timeframe for my follow up appointment was acceptable. I am now in a situation where I do not know if they will honour my follow up appointment. My mother is seriously ill in hospital right now, and they have made me feel extremely stressed and anxious with the practice manager’s appalling management of my treatment. The nurse and doctor who treated me were very nice but should have been clear at the outset that I would need to return in 7 days, as I had no idea what to expect. It’s the start of the school summer break, and they need to expect that people will have holidays booked and check before doing the procedure that the patient will be available for the follow up.

After having 4 moles removed I am quite sensitive of changes and had noticed some pain in a mole on the weekend. I booked to see Dr Raichura and he was great. He talked through my history in an understanding and calm manner, he gave good advice and did a full skin check not only for that mole but of all the moles on my upper body. Fortunately, the mole is fine, however, from my experience, I would happily have booked the removal with Dr Raichura. The team on reception were very friendly and I found the whole experience easy and straightforward.

Had a truly wonderful experience at this clinic from start to finish. The admin team was incredibly efficient and accommodating, managing to get me booked for an urgent appointment the very next day, which really put my mind at ease. Upon meeting Professor Pierre Vabres, I immediately felt comfortable—he was friendly, professional, and approachable. He was clear and concise in his explanations, quickly arriving at a diagnosis without any unnecessary fuss. What I appreciated most was how he thoroughly discussed all the available treatment options, ensuring I understood each one before making a decision. The whole process felt seamless, and the level of care was exceptional. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dermatologist who combines expertise with genuine compassion.
