Clinical leadership is nurse‑led: Carol Laskey RGN (Registered Manager & Director) began her nursing career in the Royal Air Force in the 1970s and moved into aesthetic nursing in 2002. Hannah Ashworth RGN is Clinical Lead Nurse (nursing since 2004; aesthetics since 2009) and visiting clinician Debbie Allen is an Independent Nurse Prescriber. The team hold specialist qualifications such as the BTEC Award in Laser/IPL and operate as insured, registered practitioners.

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic and laser treatments including laser hair removal, electrolysis, Q‑switched tattoo removal, IPL/skin rejuvenation, treatment for pigmented lesions, thread veins and acne, anti‑ageing peels and facials, semi‑permanent makeup and non‑surgical facial procedures. Treatments are delivered by specialist‑trained nurses and aestheticians using medical‑grade Lynton lasers and Apilus electrolysis, with an emphasis on personalised plans, clinical safety and measurable skin‑health outcomes.

Established in 2008 and based in Royal Wootton Bassett (Swindon), the clinic serves Swindon and surrounding Wiltshire communities.
