The Dental Centre Bedford

Recently referred for Root Canal by my dentist as they weren’t confident they’d successfully complete it. As someone who is pretty rubbish with Dentists, I was naturally pretty nervous. Raad however made me feel very at ease, explaining the process throughout. I’ve since completed two sessions where he’s saved my tooth and I’m now going back to my dentist to have a crown fitted. The practice was great, receptionist very friendly and I’d recommend their services without hesitation.

Fantastic. Great staff. My tooth hurt terribly, but I didn't feel a single moment of pain. The dentists are wonderful professionals, kind but firm and caring. I recommend them to anyone with a toothache.

I called the Dental Centre this morning, and the fantastic receptionist, Amy, managed to book me in with the dentist by 2:30 PM The same day. Within a 45-minute appointment, the team successfully extracted two decayed teeth — absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I’d like to sincerely thank Amy for her kindness and efficiency, and Dr. Patel for his outstanding work. Highly recommend 5 stars

A very professional yet very friendly happy staff. Warm welcome received, appointment was held on time. I was made to feel valued all through the consultation, and not just another number. Wow what a first class experience. So happy to change from my dental practice of some 30+ years. The Reception Team were welcoming as you checked in. Rishil, my chosen dentist was very professional and friendly at my first consultation. He took X-rays of my teeth as well as guiding me through a treatment plan explaining where we needed to ‘look after’ the most. Sara, the hygienist - Wow, what a talented lovely lady. I’ve never been guided through my oral care like this before! She took the time to explain every step and made sure I was always comfortable before proceeding to the next one. I walked out feeling, as well as smiling from ear to ear with a new set of shiny teeth. So pleased I’ve changed practices and therefore I highly recommend them to anyone needing a change.

Dr Raad and his team were so professional, polite and friendly throughout my three visits to the Dental Centre. Such a modern environment and approach to dentistry. Quite simply excellent care.
