I’ve been coming here for a year now and I’ve always found the service to be great whether I’m with Chloe or Leah. Even having a chat with Liam on the front desk is fun. As someone with acne, I’ve been left a lot of scarring which was making me self conscious but with consistent treatments here, I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my skin and Chloe and Leah are always on hand to give me advice when I start breaking out in between appointments. Finally my skins at a place where I don’t have to came on the makeup and it’s thanks to my LED light treatments, micro needling and chemical peel appointments and occasionally a facial with Leah as a little treat to myself. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

I've been coming here for a while now for electrolysis and LED therapy and have had nothing but good results. Chloe and Leah have always explained the treatments thoroughly and worked with me to get the best out of my sessions with them. Highly recommend and have several more sessions already booked in!

I’ve been visiting Chelmsford Skin Clinic for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, clean and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always take time to explain the treatments thoroughly. You never feel rushed or like just another client — they really care about your skin goals. I came in originally for a skin consultation and was recommended a personalised treatment plan. I’ve had other treatments like waxing and pedicures, a course of LED sessions and the difference in my skin is amazing — smoother, brighter, and far fewer breakouts. They use high-quality products and equipment, and I’ve noticed the results last longer compared to other places I’ve tried. I also appreciate that they’re never pushy with sales — just honest advice and tailored care. Highly recommend if you’re serious about looking after your skin. Worth every penny!
