Having my breast augmentation and lift with Mr. Mirando at Star Clinic in Altrincham has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He explained every part of the process so clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I could tell he truly cared about helping me achieve results that felt natural and suited to me. On the day of surgery, the whole team were amazing — calm, caring, and so reassuring. I knew I was in the very best hands. The results have completely exceeded my expectations. My breasts look and feel so natural, and the confidence it’s given me is honestly life-changing. The shape, size, and symmetry are perfect — exactly what I hoped for, only better. The aftercare has also been fantastic; I felt supported every step of the way. To anyone considering cosmetic surgery, I can’t recommend Mr. Mirando and Star Clinic enough. From start to finish this was the best service. Mr Marando has a very calm and reassuring manner. He listens to you (I’ve certainly had consultations with others when this was not the case). I was really nervous but he completely put me at ease and I could not be happier with my results. The staff at the clinic and hospital were also excellent. After 15+ years of feeling very self conscious about my under-eye bags, and trying everything else, I finally accepted they were genetic (thanks, Dad!) and that surgery was the only real solution. Almost 4 weeks on, with a little concealer, you’d never know I’d had surgery! And I know this is still early days. The results are transformational - I feel confident, refreshed, and like myself again, no longer hiding under glasses I don’t need to wear. I can’t thank Mr Marando and the team enough for their skill, precision and care, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
