I am a first time client at Skin and Sanctuary and have never had a facial or any other treatment before. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing all the staff were and how personalised the treatment were to my skin type. Nicole did an amazing job and I left feeling more confident in my skin and my overall appearance.

Really disappointed with the service. I’ve been to S&S a few times now but after my last appointment and skin consultation I didn’t receive any follow up appointment confirmations and I haven’t been sent any of my notes from my skin consultation. I’ve emailed and called and was told someone would come back to me but it’s been weeks now and I still haven’t heard anything. I hate to leave reviews like this but I spent a lot of money here and feel the service should be a lot better.

I always have such a great experience here, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and really look after you and listen to your concerns. All the treatments are considered and tailored to you, and the front of house team are so friendly I love my visits!

Had the best Hydrafacial at Skin and Sanctuary! The place is super clean and has such a nice, relaxing vibe. The staff were really friendly and made sure to explain everything as they went along, which I really appreciated. The facial itself was amazing—my skin looks so fresh and glowy! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I’ll 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!
