Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I Cannot reccomend highly enough! The receptionist has exquisite people skills and the owner, Candice, who did my laser hair removal is very KNOWLEDGEABLE. Guys please SHAVE BEFORE EVERY LASER APPOINTMENT. There is ample safe parking, and the facilities are clean. They have the newest Technology, so whatever you need done, THIS IS THE PLACE. Cost and treatment: AFFORDABLE... R1500 for a full and extended bikini and underarms (I was also there for over an additional hour and was given extras (Razor blades etc) My experience in detail : Before coming to this place, I had been for 2 laser sessions with a different laser tech and THANK GOD they were fully booked, causing me to come across the Skin Asthetic Clinic. When arriving, I had to fill in a form needing important information (ie, medications/allergies etc), once reading the information section I realized that I hadn't shaved for the appointment. Candice and Emily were SO HELPFUL. They supplied me with Razor blades, shaving cream and an extra hour of time. Other places would SURELY send you home. Candice explained the treatment thoroughly, and she actually gets in all the nooks and crannies, reaching every hair follicle. GO TO THE SKIN ASTHETIC CLINIC (before finding this lovely place:) Ladies/gents PLEASE, don't make the same mistake I did. My previous technician told me to grow out my hair for treatments, she only went over the area once, and she didn't ask me for any important information such as allergies and medications. I was seeing zero progress in my treatments and my money was going down the drain. Even worse, when I paid my previous technician for the extended bikini(to the behind) she was reluctant and made me feel awkward. This is from going to someone who is not knowledgeable, and lacks people skills. It was by chance that I was lucky enough to learn that I was at the wrong place. I advise you to avoid a bad experience and rather go to the Skin Asthetic Clinic, where you know you're getting the proper treatment that you're paying for.
