I had treatment in March/ April and was told they may need to do more than the initial job’ I said that’s fine and paid for the extra work just in case. In the end I did not need all the treatment that I’d paid for. The dentist said that I would be refunded in approximately 2 weeks. Well I am still waiting. It’s August. Do not pay these thieves. They love grabbing your money but when they need to refund you they do not like it. This is disgraceful. Small claims case here we come. The last message I had last week was it’s been expedited. Ha ha. What a joke.

My root canal prodecure was rated as a 9/10 in terms of complexity and somewhat of a challange with , several, long, curvy roots with narrow canals. This isn't something you really want to hear. However, after having a few consulations and deciding on working with a dedicated endodontist I was reffered to speak to Andreas. From the moment I met him, I felt reassured and comfortable that I was in excellent hands, his and the supporting staff. The procedure was completed over two visits, where Andreas patiently deliverd expert treatment without complication. Painless. Simply unreal compered to the treatments I have had in the past. If you have a complex case, I simply cannot recommend Andreas and the team enough.

Had my root canal treatment done with Andreas. It was a painless experience and Andreas was very professional and reassured me of each step of the treatment. The practice had a lovely atmosphere and the receptionist and dental nurse were both very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Serenity!

I was referred by my dentist to see Andreas in order to fix an infected root canal. Looking at the X-ray it looked like a difficult procedure. Andreas explained everything in detail and also informed me of potential risks. I of course wanted to save the tooth and agreed to the procedure. I have to say that I was really impressed how thoroughly Andreas worked, how he explained every step and put me at ease. I also have to commend him on how politely and respectfully he deals with his staff and all the girls were really helpful and polite at all times too. I can only recommend them especially for anyone who is nervous about the dentist. Thank you!
