Louise the therapist with brilliant. The forest ritual was exactly what I needed. Massage and a facial combined. Very relaxing and she explained everything really well. The only thing that let the experience down slightly is a lack of sound proofing making it slightly harder to relax. But overall a great experience and I would go back.

I had the most blissful massage with Louise. She was so attentive to my needs and did all she could to ensure my comfort. The massage bed was the most comfortable one I've ever been on! I highly recommend Richmond House and Louise!! Thank you.

The best I have ever had my nails done. Poppy was great at helping me choose the colour I wanted. The colour is perfect, exactly what I wanted. Love the little touch of being able to have a drink and a biscuit. All the girls were lovely!

I had a Voya massage with Louise gifted to me for my birthday and it was the most amazing 90 minutes! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time and will 100% be booking in again as soon as I can. What a wonderful lunchtime treatment I had with Hannah today. My daughter had treated me to a hydrafacial for mother's day and it was pure bliss. I will definitely be back for more treatments. Lovely environment and Hannah was truly delightful.

I've been twice now and each time had a lovely experience! It's definitely a place to go for a treat, as it's pricier than a lot of other salons, but I felt the overall experience is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I had a french manicure with Sophie who is lovely. She is knowledgeable, precise and takes great care to check you're happy with the outcome. So pleased with my Mani and can't wait for the next visit!
