I visited Rejuvenate Face back in March as I was looking to dissolve problematic filler (via ultrasound). My consultation was with Andy, who took the time to explain the risks associated with dissolving – something I really appreciated. He analysed the area using the ultrasound device and was able to locate the troublesome filler under my eye. However, rather than proceeding immediately, he advised me to take some time to consider whether I truly wanted to dissolve it or simply leave it alone. I told him I was certain I wanted it removed. I had hoped the dissolving procedure would be carried out on the same day, but I assume the clinic didn’t have hyaluronidase in stock at the time. Tessa (who was absolutely lovely) also took the time to speak with me about the dissolving process, which I found helpful. A second appointment was scheduled for April. However, a few weeks later, I decided to postpone it, as I realised my weekends were going to be quite hectic due to a family member’s wedding planning. Given that I would be around people frequently during this time, I didn’t feel comfortable having the filler dissolved. I emailed Andy to explain my situation and cancelled the appointment, letting him know I wanted to rebook once I was certain I’d be fully available. I also asked whether weekday appointments were available, as these would suit me better given my chaotic weekends. Unfortunately, my email was ignored and I never received a response. Overall, my experience at the clinic was positive, and both Andy and Tessa were professional and kind during my visit. However, I was disappointed not to receive a reply to my query. I have been visiting the clinic regularly for treatments (4-6 weekly) - mainly microneedling with derma products. Also following daily skincare that Tess advised. Tess listens to my skin concerns each visit and performs bespoke specific treatments that are individualised to my skins needs. I can honestly say that my skin has never been better, less breakouts, better texture, fine lines and wrinkles are less noticeable. The clinic itself is a tranquil and safe environment and I would highly recommend a visit. Thank you Tess you have given me confidence to wear tinted SPF rather than a full face of foundation which I was doing previously and I have had many compliments on how my skin appears 😊
