Result and process exceeded all my expectations. From the initial consultation which was s very comfortable meeting with this extraordinary gentleman I knew I could not go anywhere else to have my Deep Plane Facelift. I was monitored all the way and had very little pain and no bruising post surgery. The London Clinic also gave me the confidence I needed to ensure I was in the right surroundings. My result has been amazing and I am so so pleased. His team Jackie, Katerina and Mr Verma are clearly at the top of their game. I cannot tell you enough that this is the ONLY place and surgeon you should consider for this procedure. THANK YOU Mr Grover xxxxx

Mr Grover removed my breast implants which were making me very ill. I appreciated his calm manner, his staff were very kind and my operation went well. As soon as my implants were removed I felt so much better, it was incredible. However I had a terrible time in the Edward 7th hospital as when I was recovering from my anaesthesia as my nurse was abusive and bullying. I have no idea why, but she complained about me and Mr Grover came rushing up to my room to find out what was wrong. I was too woozy to really respond. This all happened around the time when a nurse committed suicide due to bullying and I felt there was a bad atmosphere in the hospital. Unfortunately Mr Grover was unsympathetic and refused to explain what this nurse was saying about me. However I felt so much better I didn’t say anything. I even wrote an article in You Magazine explaining how much better I felt and praised Mr Grover’s skill. I didn’t mention the bullying and I regret this now. Mr Grover did not have the courtesy to thank me for the article, I suspect because I explained that breast implants (which he promotes and is a large part of his business) had made me ill. (I had lost a lot of weight and my family GP, wonderful Dr Barretto, did tests which showed I had tumour markers in my liver. He thought I had cancer -all this cleared up after my op thank god!). And then a few years later when I called to book some Botox I was told that Dr Grover refused to treat me. So on balance, I would not recommend Mr Grover. While his work is excellent, he supports breast implants which are causing illness; he turned a blind eye to bullying and he works from an old fashioned hospital which is quite run down; if your stay coincides with a stay from a member of the royal family they will take precedence for the limited amount of state of the art medical equipment available. Lastly I would say to Mr Grover, courtesy costs nothing and bullying should NEVER be tolerated. I so much regret my hagiographic article about this experience in the Mail and though it is some years later would like to put the record straight with a more honest account.

It has been six weeks since my Deep Plane Face Lift, and I can only say I am beyond thrilled with the result. Can you turn back the clock !!!!, yes you can with Mr Grover’s expertise and skill. From the moment you meet this most personable and humble gentleman all doubts on the big decision should I, shouldn’t I melt away. His wonderful team with Jackie, Katerina and Mr Verma the anaesthetist and his choice of hospitals make the journey from decision to surgery to home seamless, comfortable and stress free, leaving me able to just enjoy the vision, artistry and skill Mr Grove accomplished with my facial surgery. Not only when I look in the mirror do I smile, I am thankful I certainly chose the right surgeon for the Deep Plain Face Lift. Ladies look no more, Mr Grover truly is the best. Pauline
