Nuvo Dental Warwick

I found the receptionists rude and condesending. My first time there. Im sure the appointment had been booked for 2pm so I arrived at 13:45. Upon arrival I was glared at by one receptionist in a very unfriendly way..the other took my name told me to sit down, as I sat down i heard them sniggering which i found unprofessional. Then a few minutes later one of them shouts accross reception in full ear shot of everyone and with some attitude that 'the dentist won't you as you are 15 mins late'. Fair enough when I looked at the email after it said 13:30 but I was sure I'd been told 2pm on the phone when i booked it. Also they had not mentioned me being late upon my arrival .. so i felt shocked and humiliated when it was shouted accross the waiting room in that way... very unprofessional receptionists , their the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not a good first impression at all. I won't going back.

I had a difficult filling put in and I am a very difficult patient!!!! Dr Panesar was very professional, very skilled and most importantly, VERY understanding. She made what for me would usually be a really horrible experience... really very bearable! Top marks, and thank you.

I want to say a big thank you to Gurleen, she is an amazing dentist who put me at ease over the last few months treatment, l highly recommend Nuvo dentists for their caring and friendly treatment.

Full marks to the professionals from start to finish for a very positive experience: reception; hygienist; dentist. I have complete confidence in the team that look after my teeth and gums in their 80th year.

I was treated with such Empathy from everyone at the surgery. I had called for an emergency appointment and was offered one within 2 hours. I felt thoroughly looked after, treated so carefully and came away feeling happy and confident that I would soon feel better. Thank you so much.

As a very nervous patient who hasn't been to the dentist for over 10 years Nuvo get a 5 star. Dr Kofi Ohene has been my wife and 5 year oods dentist for over a year. Hes so kind, thoughtful and calm and great with my 5 year old. With me he was brilliant. Understood why I was nervous and did a great job on 4 fillings. Best experience of a dentist ive had and has given me confidence to book in regular visits. Thanks again kofi.

I needed emergency treatment. Reception were really helpful offering a quick appt. The Dentist did a great job repairing my tooth, stopping the pain.

We have always used this dentist practice but were particularly impressed this year when our daughter had a nasty bump to her mouth on holiday. We were able to get a prompt emergency appointment on our return which the receptionist went above and beyond to facilitate and we then had an initial appointment and follow up appointment with Dominic Bolderson who was fantastic. He handled both a sore 7 year old and her panicked mother brilliantly, took time to test and diagnose, got a second opinion about if her lip needed sutures and provided an all round fantastic service. We've never been disappointed by West Gate/Nuvo anyway but will now be singing their praises to everyone. Thank you.

On my last visit I took my 2 year old daughter. I was very nervous as it was her first time but Simarpreetpal was amazing with her. She didn't cry one and has talked about it since. Thank you so much for a stress free experience.
