I wanted lip fillers for 20 years but always chickened out at some stage between finding someone to do them and actually having them done, especially when you hear or see some of the horror stories. I instantly felt at ease during the consultation with Tracey, especially knowing that she was a medical professional unlike most of the beauticians that I had seen advertising lip fillers. She explained everything to me during the consultation without using jargon, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me in the slightest to actually go through with it. I initially had 0.5ml to see what the results, pain and whole process would be like. Tracey put me at ease before and during the injections. She was extremely professional and kept in contact for follow-up support. Following my great experience, I decided to then follow through with the full amount of lip filler that I wanted and had 1.1ml. I couldn't be more pleased with the consultations, the process itself, the follow-up care and support, and most importantly, the results. I’ve now been to Tracey 3 times and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.

Tracy was brilliant. She talked me through all the options for the areas I needed help with and made the treatment as comfortable as possible for me. She explained all the after care and I am extremely pleased with the results so far. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
