Today there was a visit to the gynecologist. This is really the doctor you have been looking for for a long time in London. The visit takes place in comfortable conditions. Doctor Olena Arendar explained everything in detail and told us, and a plan of further actions was drawn up. I sincerely recommend everyone who is looking for their gynecologist

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a dental consultation for my husband at this clinic and paid a £50 deposit. The receptionist who scheduled the appointment over the phone did not inform me about the 24-hour cancellation policy, and I assume calls are recorded, so this should be easy to verify. My husband works in construction, and sometimes urgent issues come up, as they did this morning. I called to reschedule the appointment, only to be told (in a rather unfriendly manner) that this was not possible due to their policy, and that’s why the deposit was taken. I understand having rules, but has this clinic ever heard of unexpected life events? My husband was planning serious dental work here, worth thousands, this wasn’t just a routine check-up. Frankly, I’m not worried about the £50, you can keep it if that's how you operate. But I will make sure people around me know how rigid and unsympathetic your approach is. I work in a clinic myself, and I know what flexibility and empathy look like. Very disappointed and definitely not recommending

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Anna and Ms. Helena. Dr. Anna not only fixed my broken tooth but also lifted my mood completely, she truly made my day. The treatment was quick, painless, and done with so much care. I’m also really grateful to Ms. Helena at reception for making sure I was seen as soon as possible. You both turned a stressful moment into a genuinely positive experience. Thank you!

Super happy with the dental service. Dr Kamila checked all my teeth and gave me a good advice how to look after super sensitive teeth. Had scaling done. Dr was very gentle and results are great. Friendly and welcoming receptionists. Will be back. Thank you.
